The T1Y Hack Series is to commence in 2019 with 12 shows having 1 representative to compete for the Champion of Champions Hack
and 1 representative to compete for the Champion of Champions Show Hunter at Gatton Show in July 2019.
This series is to enhance the shows by bringing horses back into the show ring, it is to be run in conjunction with the selected
Queensland Shows and each show will be run under the Show Society rules.
This event is open to all competitors, there is no entry fee or membership required.
RULES
The Supreme Champion Hack and Supreme Champion Show Hunter from the 12 Shows will be eligible to compete for the Final in their category. If a horse wins Supreme Hack or Supreme Show Hunter at more than one show, a runner up will be selected by the judges from the Supreme Hack / Show Hunter line up that day and will become eligible to compete at the Final.
Each finalist will become eligible at one show only, but may continue to compete at all the participating shows.
- One horse one rider for Hacks at the Final.
- One horse one rider for Show Hunters at the Final.
- To be run under the General rules of each participating show.
- The three judges for the Final will be selected by the T1Y Committee.
PARTICIPATING SHOWS FOR 2019
Millmerran, Pittsworth, Warwick, Dalby, Kingaroy, Taroom, Marburg, Ipswich, Boonah, Rosewood, Laidley and Gatton.
PRIZE MONEY AND TROPHIES.
Supreme Hack and Supreme Show Hunter at the participating shows will win $300 + a T1Y Trophy Bag, a ribbon and an invitation to compete at the Final at Gatton in July (unless they have qualified previously) then only prize money will be paid.
If a Runner-Up Hack or Show Hunter is required, prize money of $200 + a T1Y Trophy Bag, a ribbon and an invitation to compete at the Final at Gatton in July.
Should a horse win Supreme Hack or Supreme Show Hunter at more than one show, the $300 prize money will be paid to that winner with a Show Society ribbon only. The runner-up will win $200 + T1Y Trophy Bag.
T1Y FINAL – Champion of Champions to be held at Gatton Show in July 2019.
The Winner of the T1Y Champion of Champions Hack and Hunter will receive prize money of $5000 + a rug, a garland the T1Y Perpetual Trophy and replica.
Smartest on Parade for Hacks and Show Hunters will be judged before the Final commences and will receive $1000 + a Rosette.
All eligible participants excluding the T1Y Champion of Champions Hack and Champion of Champions Show Hunter winners competing at the Final will receive $200 + Medallion.
